Frequently asked questions
What happens to transparent areas?
JPG does not support transparency, so those areas are filled with white instead of turning black.
Why is the JPG smaller?
PNG stores every pixel losslessly. JPG compresses what the eye does not notice, and for photos it takes much less space.
Are my images uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser and nothing leaves your device.
